What’s the difference between the retainer and the usage fee?
The $200 retainer is your “always-on” fee — it keeps your dedicated line active, stores your business knowledge base, and keeps Noury trained, maintained, and ready 24/7. The $0.50/minute usage fee is “active labor” — you only pay it when Noury is actually talking to a customer and booking a job.
What if I have a really busy month — could my bill get huge?
No — there’s a hard ceiling. Your bill is capped at $799.99 a month, no matter how many calls Noury handles. Once you hit that cap, every remaining call that month is on us. However heavy the month gets, $799.99 is the most you will ever be charged.
Do I get charged for spam calls and robocalls?
Never. Any call Noury classifies as spam, a robocall, or a telemarketer doesn’t appear on your bill. You only pay for real customers.
